Back in October we brought you news of the Young Turks pop up restaurant at the Ten Bells pub next to Spitalfield's Market in London. There, Young Turks chefs Isaac McHale and James Lowe, along with The Clove Club's Daniel Willis and Johnny Smith, set up a unique and intimate dining experience with a fresh and exciting menu inspired by locally-sourced ingredients. Almost six months later and it's still going strong, with the venue packed every night and with rave reviews from critics and foodies. In fact, due to popular demand, the restaurant has been open far longer than originally anticipated.

To top it all off, the team over at London Sessions Productions has now given us a sneak peek into the experience with a behind the scenes video of the chefs hard at work. The video was produced for the Omnivore Food Festival in Paris, where some of the world's top chefs gather to share ideas, techniques and dishes. Guaranteed to make your mouth water, the video captures the heart and soul of the Young Turks operation and highlights the intricate preparation of some of their dishes.

The restaurant is closing on the 28th April, so make sure you make it down before it ends. Bookings can be made by calling 07530 492986.
