Traditionally, mixing water and technology doesn't end in the best results. Digital artist Antonin Fourneau however, has found a way to combine the best of both world.

His Water Light Graffiti, appearing in Poitiers, France for a couple of days at the end of July, saw guests creating light graffiti with water pistols, buckets of water and wet paintbrushes and hands.

The digital screen, produced during an artist-in-residency at Digitalarti Artlab, was comprised of thousands of moisture-sensitive LED lights. By dampening the LED's users were able to write or sketch out a message or drawing.

The artists idea for the wall was to allow users to create 'ephemeral messages in the urban space without deterioration', and its execution is an really interesting take on interactive digital art.
