Unlike traditional vodka, Vestal Vodka transcends industry conventions by taking an artisanal approach that has more in common the techniques of vintage wine making.
Former fashion model turned distiller, Willy Borrell, is the co founder of Vestal Vodka and is keen to keep the craft of vodka productions alive, albeit with some innovative new twists. The companyʼs products, which include varieties of vodka as well as an elderflower spirit, are sold by vintage and are produced in limited runs. Its grassroots success is set to continue with an impending US launch later this year.
