The guys over at Very Nearly Almost are curating a print show exhibition featuring the best in the street art, graffiti and illustration game... all under one roof. Co-curated by Lacoste, the show will be housed at the new Lacoste L!VE concept store and will basically be an insiders guide to UK urban street art. Very Nearly Almost are purveyors of zine culture and all things street, and have managed to turn their black and white home made zines into a full-fledged mega magazine that's read all over the world.
For the show they've rounded up 45RPM, A.CE, Amy Dover, Cheba, Eelus, Inkie, Jess Douglas, Jon Burgerman, Prefab77, Remi Rough, Richt, Toasters and Waste, all massively respected artists in their own right to showcase their pieces together. The work shown will be displayed alongside selected Lacoste footwear and clothing, tying in the artists' vision with the aesthetics of the store. When walking into the space you'll be greeted with all their works dangling from clothes rails attached to the ceiling, double-facing and rotating in the air.
The exhibition is open till Christmas Eve and the opening party is on 1 December. There's a prize draw from 1-22 Dec to win a hand-finished Eelus limited edition Nesting print and runners up get £100 to spend at the store for the month. Go check it out.
