Uniqlo HairDo
The Japanese fashion brand launches a series of hair style guides to complement their F/W 2013 collection
Uniqlo recently launched a new feature on their website that demonstrates sixteen different do-it-yourself hairstyles, that are paired with looks from the brand's latest Fall/Winter collection. Based on Uniqlo’s LifeWear philosophy, the step-by-step process of creating each hairdo is displayed using GIFs and descriptive images. The project is created by Japanese studio Projector, and photographed by the acclaimed Carl Kleiner.
As stated on their website, "Uniqlo HairDo is where style meets utility". The soft and simple shapes, sweet pastel colours and classy hairstyles complement Uniqlo’s newest range of clothing, and gives an extra touch to the branding of their 2013 F/W collection. After having perfected styles like the Kristy Roll, the Chignon or the Lily Quiff, the customer is given the option to visit the online shore to buy the clothes the model is wearing.
