Everyone is familiar with the Twitter bird, but what if you could send your Tweets via bird, literally? Swedish mobile firm Fogg is promoting their flat rate roaming internet service by sending Tweets abroad via a mobile equipped Twitter homing pigeon. Yes, a Twitter homing pigeon.

Set to be released from Malmö, Sweden on the 18th of June, the pigeons are outfitted with mobile Fogg harnesses and are being sent to Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Brussels.  Users may go to here to upload a Tweet to a Fogg equipped Twitter pigeon and a Tweet will be sent from users account when the pigeon arrives at its destination. The combination of old and new messaging systems is certainly a unique example of the limitless nature of information.
