Brazilian shoe brand Melissa, famed for its colourful plastic shoes, has created a Post-it note installation entitled The Power of Love to mark the launch of its new range.

For the past five months, customers and visitors to the brand's show gallery in São Paulo have been invited to write love notes on 30,000 bits of paper. These were collected and included in the finished mural. The whole process was documented by 25 animators and turned into a stop-frame video.

Involving customers and brand advocates in a project like this is a great way of giving them something back and showing them that they’re valued. And given the market, it’s probably something they loved being a part of.
