Last week we brought you news of new food magazine Gather Journal. This week, however, we've found another food magazine that trumps that: The Gourmand.

Billed as a 'food and culture journal', the magazine was born as a means to share the exciting cultural shift of new restaurants, bars, cafes and ingredients and to celebrate food as a catalyst for creativity. Created by David Lane of Inventory Studio and Marina Tweed, its wonderfully designed and packed full of awesome content, from a tour of Brixton Market with The 2 Bears to Koon's Apple Dumplings.

It's a great magazine that, 'is a testament to the communicative power of food and its inherent relationship with the arts.' It even has a wipe-proof cover so you can enjoy while tucking into messy foods. Check out the video above and the website here.
