TED never ceases to amaze us. We told you about their taxi-driver Spread the TED campaign that we loved and now we're loving their latest talk by physician, scientist, inventor and innovator Daniel Kraft. Speaking at the TEDx Future of Health event in Maastricht, he explains how the endless wonders of ‘Stage Zero Medicine’ are within our grasp.   ‘Stage Zero Medicine’ is the term Kraft uses to refer to a point where diseases can be found and cured at the initial stages of development. With computers surpassing the capabilities of the human brain, the medical landscape is bracing itself for radical reform. From robotic doctors, Skype-like consultancy, brain-computer interface giving disabled people a level of mobility they’d never imagined and more. Some of this is already out there and the rest isn’t too far away from becoming reality. Amazing.   We've been inundated with health-related news lately, what with the E.Coli scares and BioDigital’s new human tool that explores the human anatomy in 3D. There’s a huge buzz around health led technologies at the moment making it an exciting time for the field of medicine.   Utilising computer technology and robotic evolution to cure all is an exciting prospect, but how will we cope when we remove the human aspect of visiting our doctor?
