Inspired by the upcoming exhibition in our very own gallery space, Protein Presents: Swallow Magazine, we’re opening our doors for a unique gastronomical weekender, exploring the tastes of the publication’s latest Mexico City inspired issue.

Join us on Sunday 5th May at 18 Hewett Street, where Swallow Magazine will be taking-over to host a Mexican style brunch-up event. For the summertime weekender, Swallow have enlisted the likes of London food collective Family, who will be bringing their own personal touch to the magazine’s Huevos Rancheros recipe, a hugely celebrated breakfast taco dish, made from sautéed corn tortillas and eggs in a rich and spicy salsa of tomato, garlic and chili - on sale for £4. Also expect delicious creations from Protein’s resident coffee extrodinaires DunneFrankowski, who will be on hand, making drinks inspired by the flavours of Mexico City.
To top it all off, entry is free! Open from 11am - 3pm make sure you get down to the 18HS gallery early to get a taste of what’s on offer.
