Last night we opened our doors for Swallow magazine's 'The Mexico City' issue exhibition. Swallow's founder and editor James Casey was cooking up Carnitas, the Cazadores tequila team were responsible for the night's Sangritas and Mule cocktails and the incredible visuals are still hanging on our gallery walls ...

If you didn't RSVP in time for last night's opening, don't worry. We'll be celebrating Cinco De Mayo this Bank Holiday weekend with a Mexican-style brunch-up on Sunday 5th May in the gallery. London food collective Family will be bringing their personal touch to Swallow's Huevos Rancheros recipe, Mexico City's favourite breakfast dish made from sautéed corn tortillas and eggs in a spicy salsa of tomato, garlic and chili.
