If you didn't RSVP in time for last night's opening, don't worry. We'll be celebrating Cinco De Mayo this Bank Holiday weekend with a Mexican-style brunch-up on Sunday 5th May in the gallery. London food collective Family will be bringing their personal touch to Swallow's Huevos Rancheros recipe, Mexico City's favourite breakfast dish made from sautéed corn tortillas and eggs in a spicy salsa of tomato, garlic and chili.
