Known for their hawker centres and street food vendors, there's no doubt Singapore is home to some of the best food in Asia. Luckily for us, the Singapore tourism board have recruited some of their favourite chefs to go around the world and take their city's culinary delights mobile as part of the Singapore Takeout project.   Travelling to seven different destinations, 10 chefs and 15 food brands team up for 3-day events where you can sample a range of traditional and modern dishes. The famous "father of fusion" Peter Gordon and Singapore's own Janice Wong making you lemongrass-infused laksa dumplings with noodles? Why not. It all started in London a few weeks back, you can check the remainder of the tour schedule here. Up next for Singaporean foodies is the annual Singapore Food Festival, the biggest in the city, due to start on the 15th July for those of you lucky enough to be around. This is one of our favourite food pop-ups yet...all spice everything. Char kway teow anyone?
