Run Navi is a new iPhone app designed by PUMA that urges runners to break the routine and monotony of their regular workout by incorporating an exploratory aspect into one’s daily exercise.

Syncing with Google Maps and Google Places, app users can set a running route based on their mood at the time, which Run Navi will then reflect by converting personal preferences, like what distance they want to run, into a unique exploration of the city’s sights. The app's Sound Navigation function uses audio signals (heard through headphones) to indicate left and right turns and approaching sights, making navigation simple and handsfree. Users are also able to incorporate interesting sights and experiences they find along the way into future maps, which can be shared online for other users to visit and enjoy.  PUMA aim for the simplicity of Run Navi to appeal to the average runner, emphasising the joy of running on a personal level as well as turning it into a more social activity online.
