To coincide with the recent release of the latest issue of Protein Journal, film maker Mollie Mills and Protein TV presents a series of short films taking a look at the athletic passions of a handful young people. From amateur boxers to figure skaters, this series will uncover the driving forces behind each individual's athletic life and ambitions. For some it's just a hobby or a way to keep fit, for other it's a career that they're devoting their life to.
In the first episode we meet Matthew Parr, a twenty-three year old figure skater from Newcastle who's been taking to the ice since he was seven and is on his way to Sochi for the 2014 Winter Olympics as a part of Team GB to have his first crack at a gold medal.
