The Protein Audience Survey 2011 that we've told you about here,here and here has just gone to print and it's looking real good. To celebrate and get some behind-the-scenes snaps for you, we went down to R. Booth Print down in lovely Falmouth, to spend the day with our trusty printers that hold 24 years of hard grind behind them. Check out some photos from the day below. Hardcover, cloth-bound and saddle stitched, the Protein Audience Survey 2011 is a thing of beauty (if we do say so ourselves).
