Last Tuesday we brought the Protein love stateside and hosted our first ever Audience Academy in New York. Planners, strategists and marketers from brands and agencies came down to find out how today's generation of tastemakers and influencers are living and behaving, and how brands can connect and engage with them.

We talked Generation Enterprise, and how these influencers are making their own opportunities despite the turbulent job economy. We discussed the way media brands are slowing things down to create moments of contemplation away from the fast paced, throwaway culture of social media. And we explained how brands need to make more hyperlocal gestures to appeal to the tastes of specific urban communities.
