We're all used to chowing on down-home burgers in grand spaces. What we want now is a quality burger we can enjoy somewhere low-key and classic, so it's nice to see that the youngandfoodish are bringing us their own Burger Monday Pop Up.

Turning the trend on its head, youngandfoodish will be revisiting the often overlooked Brit caff, or 'greasy spoon', by bringing in a crowd of food lovers open to trying the chefs' guilty pleasures.

On Monday 160 Gray's Inn Road will host the inaugural pop up diner. Frying up a shaped by hand reserve blend of 100% Perthshire Black Angus Beef on an old school flat-top griddle will be mega chefs James Lowe of St John Bread and Wine,Ben Greeno (formerly of Noma)and Isaac McHale of Elliots. Darragh O'Shea will be providing the quality meat which'll be topped off with melted Ogleshield and homemade pickles.
