Non-alcoholic cocktails usually feel like a cop-out, oftentimes your martini glass is filled with a medley of juice... it just doesn't cut it. Tom Colicchio, the multi-talented restauranteur and judge on Top Chef (!) feels the same way. He's brought in Sean Patrick McClure, who tended bar at Daniel in to revamp the cocktails at Craft. Non-alcoholic newbies include the Yuzu Rose Spritz, Kumquat-and-Fennel Smash, the Bitter Sicilian and the Pineapple Julep.
