Taking instagram that one step further, Memoto is a new device that creates a lifelog by taking photographs at regular intervals whilst worn from the comfort of your neck.
Created in Sweden, the tiny camera is impossibly small yet comes with a huge digital footprint: Memoto captures two images per minute, as well as automatic Geotagging, holding up to 2,880 images per day. Pairing that with smart, buttonless and colourful design means that when you feel like taking photos you clip the device to your shirt, but for more private moments it is easy to detach and stick in your pocket.
Loosely similar to One Memento, a project which invited people to submit one image each as part of a larger lifelogging scheme, the Memoto allows the user to either share the images via their app, or use them for their own reference - an extended digital visual diary as it were. Check out the video above for more info.
