Cali-dwellers - head down to the Art Center College of Design for Made Up: Design’s Fictions Symposium, where two of the world’s most influential voices at the intersection of fiction and design Fiona Raby and Bruce Sterling will be speaking.
 
 Made Up curator Tim Durfee will be there, with Anne Burdick moderating the whole thing. They'll be chatting about tactical anachronisms, the re-emergence of speculative practice in the 21st Century and designing for an ambiguous reality. All for free. It's on Saturday 29th January, the lectures start at 5pm and from 7pm on there’ll be an opening reception.
