Gif Shop is a new app for iPhones that lets people create and edit looping animations. Using static photographs captured on your iPhone, the app simply stitches together the photos to create a stop-motion animation. The resolution and frame rate can then be adjusted, and the result is your own animated .gif file. Once the animated .gif has been created, it can be shared via MMS and email or uploaded to social networks Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.   The creators of Gif Shop say that it stands out from similar apps due to its simplicity. They stress that by designing an easy-to-use and intuitive interface (easy enough for your mum to use), this app is made as fun as possible.
