Drink-inspired art can be hit or miss. If we say the spectrum runs from absinthe to moonshine, something champagne-based should be both tasteful and attractive. And that's exactly what the London-based artist duo Glithero">http://www.glithero.com/">Glithero created for the http://www.perrier-jouet.com/champagnegift/?gclid=CJGdl_jhiLQCFcXb4Aod4XAAIQ"> Perrier-Jouët brand to help kick of Design">http://www.designmiami.com/">Design Miami 2012.    Tim Simpson and Sarah van Gameren of Glithero were asked to draw inspiration from the Art Nouveau style of the Maison Belle Epoque, the Perrier-Jouët House in Epernay, France. The result is an installation entitled "Lost Time", now on display at Design Miami. Lines created with beaded strings nod to Art Nouveau master Antoni Gaudi's quest to find the perfect curve, and they're also symbolic of dew drops found in Perrier-Jouët's Epernay cellars. The beads hang above a pool of water, which besides evoking champagne, is meant to express the dual meaning of 'reflection'.
