How can you make car shopping more interactive without offering a test drive? To demonstrate the newest Lexus technology at the Seoul Motor Show, digital studio designfever developed Interactive Table. Consisting of 3D printed scale miniatures of various Lexus models that could interact with an iPad. When placed on the tablet, the mini-cars produced geometric shapes and patterns on the screen, and when moved, produced different geometric responses and delivered information about the Lexus car model complete with statistics and short films.

The aim of the Interactive Table was to espouse the Lexus car brand philosophy and its emphasis on evolutionary technology in a way that was both engaging and exciting. While it perhaps doesn’t beat physically operating the vehicle, it grants the consumer a degree of dynamic interaction to better acquaint themselves with the Lexus brand and its products.
