Twitter launched in 2006, and since then it's seen 65 million Tweets pass through it every single day. Its tipping point came during SXSW in 2007, when Twitter usage increased from 20,000 tweets a day to 60,000. Clearly, people have got something to say.

It's not a surprise then that you can find every topic under the sun on the micro-blogging site. Need an answer to a mundane question? Ask Twitter. Want to go all Charlie Sheen-Tigerblood-Bi-winning? Twitter again. One thing that we particularly think deserves its Tweet rights is mac and cheese, because first and foremost it rules.

Kraft, the main go to brand for all things Mac'n'Cheese-y, have spawned a new advertising campaign where the Twitterati are pitted against each other to find the absolute most mundane tweets about the glorious thing that is, macaroni and cheese. Crispin Porter + Bogusky who are behind the idea have transformed these dreary tweets into morosely comical sketches. One day a tweet, the next day it’s on National US TV, Twitter just got real.
