We've already seen a number of projects built to limit or completely inhibit the amount of time we spend connected to the internet and social networks. From phone signal blocking pouches like Blokket to Recess, the app that nags you to log off occasionally. Now a site has been set up to help you take some slightly more affirmative action in decreasing your web presence.

Web developer Robb Lewis and designer Ed Poole are the creative talents behind JustDelete.me, an ingenious website that assists with the fiddly and often frustrating process of deleting unwanted online accounts. The website is laid out as a scrolling list of social networking and consumer service sites, listed alphabetically and rated by their relative ease or difficulty to deactivate, ranging from green which means easy, to black which means impossible. By offering users a link that either sends them directly to the relevant page or to further information on the deletion process, the service will save you time while you de-clutter your online presence.

With over a million views in the first week alone JustDelete.me has been a hit, proving that issues surrounding privacy protection and data collection are a concern to the general public.
