Hotello
Swiss company Das Konzept puts forward a portable room concept that could be easily set up in just about any empty space.
Our new electronic nomadic existence is shaping everything, from how we work to how we travel. And, when you’re always on the move, finding the right space for this recently acquired lifestyle can prove to be quite an inconvenience. Hotello was created to answer this very problem.
Designed by Roberto de Luca and Antonio Scarponi for Swiss company Das Konzept, Hotello is a portable room concept that comes in the shape of a wheeled trunk. The 4 square meters room consists of a metal structure with a sound-absorbent curtain, bed, desk, stool, lamp, and storage locker. The module allows different configurations, so it could be easily set up in almost any empty space.
Hotello will be exhibited at the Fuori Salone 2013 in Milano from April 9th-14th.
