Green Ratio is a concept smoothie brand with transparency at its core. Conceived by Francesco Bianchi during his major project class at Raffles College of Design and Commerce in Sydney, Green Ratio allows you to custom build your own smoothie, choosing the ingredients and proportions from an app on your smart phone.

What makes Bianchi's idea interesting, beyond the customisation options, is Green Ratio's approach to packaging. Rather than having a plain text list of ingredients similar to every other drinks container, Green Ratio displays its ingredients prominently as percentages with a graphical representation of the drink's two main fruits as a fraction. It’s a simple way of showing not just what’s in your drink, but how much, and is an example of the kind of transparency that consumers are getting a taste for.
