Rumours have proved to be truthful with the announcement of a remix collaboration between Jamie xx and Gil Scott Heron. Earlier this year Gil Scott Heron released a new album, his first in 13 years – I’m New Here – and Jamie xx has produced a reworking of all 13 tracks, now re-titled – We’re New Here. The first single NY is Killing Me is out now.
