Easily the most provocative players on the global food scene, Bompas & Parr have been blurring the boundaries between art and food since 2007. Once featured on Heston Blumenthal’s ‘Feast’ programme, they’ve held a jelly banquet for over 2000 people and even created a walk-in cocktail installation.

To celebrate this special release, Bompas & Parr will be coming into Protein to sign a limited number of copies of their book, which will be available in store and online.
