Interactive music videos have been all the rage recently, with recent examples from the likes of Duologue, Muse and Blightly.  This time smart guys behind the electronic duo Big Data have collaborated with artist Rajeev Basu to create an interactive Facebook experience, Facehawk.

Inspired by issues surrounding online privacy,  Facehawk is created dynamically in a browser by lifting a few random photos and status updates from the users Facebook profile, and transforming them into a floating image of a hawk. A satirical exploration of a serious matter, the image is commentary on the sheer amount of information that we put out there for all to see.

Its interesting to see artists taking an interest in digital techniques, while taking a stand on global issues. Try it out for yourself here.
