Created by the design partnership of Theo Tveterås and Lars Marcus Vedeler, under their collective name: Skrekkøgle, Durr is a watch that functions without the traditional minute and hour hands, instead keeping track of time through periodic vibrations.

Intended to change how we perceive time and to encourage users to be more aware of life’s daily rhythm, the watch works by vibrating at five minute intervals, punctuating the moments of your day to keep you aware of time passing. So instead of ‘losing’ time in concentration or procrastination, wearers can stay in the moment as Durr’s metronomic reminders teach the wearer to properly utilise every part of their day.

Just like Tikker, the watch that counts down to your death, and ALARMclock, the alarm clock that encourages you to use your time effectively by monitoring your personal metrics, Durr has been created to ensure that precious time is no longer slipping through your fingers.
