Last Thursday our gallery at 18 Hewett Street hosted the launch of poultry perfectionist's latest cookbook, Ride or Fry: The Dante Fried Chicken Experience. A few lucky souls even got a nibble of some of the highly sought after chicken itself. If you weren't so lucky, don't despair, Dante and co have taken up residence in the kitchen of Catch's Death by Burrito and will be there all week before culminating in a special Sunday brunch-up, (get tickets for that here). For your tastebud's sake, don't miss out.
