Hailing from the West Coast and based in NYC, our favourite chef Dante is bringing his mouthwatering fried chicken back to London after two years for an alternative Carnival cook-up. Dante Fried Chicken (DFC) launched his award-winning Ride Or Fry food truck in LA, and now he’s bringing his one-of-a-kind recipes to East London for a special off-carnival party on Sunday 28th June. We’ve worked with Dante Fried Chicken (DFC) in the past on projects such as the Red Bull stage at Notting Hill Carnival, so we can guarantee you’ll be in with a treat once you try some of his Transatlantic African cuisine infused with Cajun and Carribean spice. DFC is back in town courtesy of Earnest Endeavours and Black Atlantic’s second installment of summer BBQ jams, this time teaming up with Tiger beer and our team at Protein to provide the perfect marriage of music and food. A selection of the finest underground beatmakers has been hand picked to provide musical entertainment with the likes of Rinse FM’s Alexander Nut with songstress Fatima, Luckyme’s The Blessings and more on the lineup, and a secret guest headlining the party.
