From the people who started the Camden Lock market in London way back in 1978 comes a new community destination in Downtown Brooklyn’s Fulton Mall. Coming early this summer, Dekalb Market aims to support the local creative community, bringing onboard makers, artists, chefs and… farmers. Yes, really. Dekalb boasts an incubator farm and a food market as well as events and performance spaces and will be housed in a collection of salvaged shipping containers each carefully curated.
