We love a good burger, and this is one good burger. Dave Arnold, director of technology at the French Culinary Institute was challenged by Eater to create his interpretation of the burger of the future. In the video above, see him make the ultimate burger; a soup dumpling burger.  Veal stock and ketchup gelatin is housed in a patty where it liquifies when cooked, this is alongside a perfectly circular disc of bacon, comte cheese, pickles and buttered rye bread. Awesome.
