Glasgow based design studio, Fraser Ross, have developed these revolutionary materials that sit somewhere between heavy liquids and magnets. They can be manipulated by external forces such as air currents or gravity, but still manage to keep a liquid-like form.

The studio highlights the potential for the technology to be used as a fashion textile as well as in art and product design. Aside from the aesthetic qualities, the material also has some practical applications and can act as a protective shield to the object it's applied to.
