As part of the Bloomberg Summer event at the Roundhouse, British designer and architect Ron Arad has created a 360-degree interactive installation called Curtain Call, which is being used as the canvas for a variety of different events that are taking place.

Arad’s constant experimentation with materials and his radical approach to form and structure have put him at the forefront of contemporary design. For Curtain Call, he’s responded to the Roundhouse’s spectacular 'Main Space' by creating a curtain made of translucent silicon rods, suspended from an 18m diameter ring - a canvas for films, live performance and audience interaction.

A variety of creatives have produced pieces to project, Christian Marclay’s work rings the circle with piano keys, running vertically, and played by giant projected hands whilst Mat Collishaw has shown a gorgeous tropical landscape which is nonetheless "poisoned by diseased and malicious-looking flowers". Ori Gersht and Hussein Chalayan  are also amongst those whose work you can catch, check online for a full list of events.

Curtain Call runs until 29th August.
