Procrastination can be a major symptom for the disorganised freelancer. Having lots to do and not knowing where to start consequently leads to stress. Designer Lucas Neumann has found a way of rebooting the traditional stress ball to not only relieve this stress but to operate as a work companion that helps you keep on track of your day.

Bossy operates as an organiser sensitive to the owner's bodily and emotional needs. Offering suggestions for break times and work based games as incentives to reach personal goals. Bossy can also get rid of outside distractions, by connecting to the API's of social media websites and turning them off at set work times, eliminating any temptation to drift away from your goal. A point of interest with Bossy is that though it has functions that could be made into an app, Neumann opted for a physical product as he felt that with so many apps available today, to stand out a product needs to do something a little different.
