British singer Sivu, spent hours inside an MRI scanner at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London to perform and record the video for his up-coming single, Better Man Than He. The idea for the video came from director Adam Powell who has recently become interested in capturing images without using conventional cameras and lenses. His fascination with the work of doctors at St. Bart's and CLEFT on children with cleft lips and palates lead him to suggest putting Sivu inside the scanner for very different purposes.

<>The viewer is treated to a literal glimpse into the mind of the singer as well as seeing the lively and colourful representation of the relationship between the throat and brain.
