The rapid rise in popularity of craft beer is well-known and well-documented. From craft beer home brewing kits, like Brewie and Beer Tree (tapping in to the maker revolution), to the proliferation of small-scale local and craft breweries throughout the world, beer has become as much a connoisseur product as wine or whiskey. In fact, the intricacies of beer tasting have reached such a level that it has warranted its own museum exhibition.
Beer at Spritmuseumin Stockholm is a celebration of Swedish brewers where visitors can explore and develop their beer taste buds. Along with presenting information about the different types of beer and their various components, visitors can smell and explore the ingredients to uncover what it is that makes a great craft beer.
The exhibition has been designed and curated by the Stockholm studio Form Us With Love, with the concept to create a laboratory environment to enable visitors to engage and experiment with the beers.
