Diesel is notorious for promoting youthful spirit and their latest campaign Be Stupid lives up to this reputation. It’s already been banned by the advertising watchdog in the UK, despite being awarded the top prize at the Cannes advertising festival. The ad campaign is a desktop application that transforms your Facebook into a work spreadsheet, giving distracted office workers a chance to covertly browse their social network. Called Excellbook, once downloaded, it syncronises itself with your personal Facebook account so you can view your wall, feeds and latest statuses in neatly laid out columns. We really like the provocative nature of this campaign, although we’d like to see a version in English so we can get away with it at the Protein office. Click here to download the app and check it out before bosses around the world catch on to why employees are busy maintaining the company ‘Informe de Ventas’.
