This collaborative venture involves artists, musicians and designers from across the world working together in teams of four to create a piece of work ‘relay-style’. The piece of art is passed from one person to the next, with each person building on the previous one’s efforts to create a final product which is set to reach Hoxton Square’s KK Outlet on 3rd August.

Using a mixture of mediums, each team is working around an Olympic-inspired theme referencing the more celebratory such as patriotism and victory to the more malefic issues of drugs, surveillance and displacement.

Much like the Exquisite Forest project we wrote about last week, it’s great to see artists collaborating in this way. And - Olympic nay-sayers take note - it’s also great to see tthe Olympics spawning such creativity within the city.
