To promote their new sport Sedan, car manufacturer Lexus have launched a fully interactive site where users can make and record their own surreal car advert. Amazing Mix, allowing users to cut and record their own adverts from a selection of provided footage. With an easy to use keyboard-to-function system, users have the freedom to tile the different clips together and make their own unique ad for the car.

Similar in concept to Audi's Land of Quattro, in that it places control of the ad in the hands of the viewer. This interactive form of advertising has become increasingly common, but usually we only saw it promoting fashion, the Y-3 and Future Catwalk interactive films, for example. It'll be interesting to see if this idea of putting the viewer in the directors' chair becomes the norm.
