Protein US is looking for a Ad Operations Executive to assist a dynamic team and help sustain the productivity of our early adopter focused ad network while helping to maintain a lifestyle orientated client portfolio.

This role will require you to assist our Senior Operations and Accounts team to manage the smooth operations and campaign management within the digital Ad-Ops department.

Ad Operations Executive will be responsible for:

  • Assisting sales team with media plans, creative strategy, and ideation.
  • Setting up client campaigns once approved across publisher network.
  • Daily monitoring of current campaigns.
  • Trafficking, Optimization and Troubleshooting.
  • Reporting to internal teams on delivery and performance.
  • Updating and collating sales related materials.
  • Publisher Relations.
  • An understanding of display media, digital marketing and site analytics required. Coding and design skills a bonus.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year+ work experience - in a Ad Ops related role, with trafficking experience
  • Analytical ability
  • Proficient in Excel, Keynote, Googledocs
  • Awareness and knowledge of influencer culture-focused publisher landscape: music, fashion, lifestyle sites
  • Awareness of ad server technology and digital media & analytics
  • Awareness and knowledge of programmatic
